Court refuses to return (Pirate Bay) servers
A Stockholm court today rejected an application to return servers seized in raids against file-sharing site The Pirate Bay.
Internet hosting company PRQ had demanded the return of both paperwork and computer equipment seized by police, saying that the material had no significance for the investigation and arguing that it was vital for PRQ’s work.

(Swedish) Maritime office sets sights on Pirate Bay
The Swedish Maritime Administration has filed a police report against file-sharing web site The Pirate Bay, after popular navigation software was made available for download.
The Administration, in a June 16 letter to police, said their navigation program, “The Living Sea Map,” was downloaded from Pirate Bay nearly 2500 times.
