In recent light of the KaZaa court case, it has become painstakingly clear that an Open Source alternative to KaZaa / Morpheus is necessary. This proposal outlines the problems facing Morphes/KaZaa, and proposes an open protocol to replace the existing propreitary one developed by FastTrack.

It seems Audiogalaxy is spreading a virus to new downloaders. I had to reformat then reload my music programs. I caught this virus trying to load Audiogalaxy and found I wasn’t the only one that had this problem! Here’s a link to the story.
