Napster Delays New Service

Napster has delayed the release of their new service until at least the first quarter of next year, after they were telling us it would be ready this June (it’s now the end of October for those of you that don’t know). Just giving all of us another reason to download more music. Long [...]

Gnutella is File Sharing!

With the recent lawsuits against Fasttrack and with Audiogalaxy to be next, it looks like gnutella is the next best alternative. Most Stable P2P Client?

FEATURES is not the most important factor when deciding which client to chose. The most important feature is STABILITY. The quality of the Gnutella clients is very variable. I’ve been trying some of them but not all.

Here’s my list:
1. Gnotella. Got a tendency to freeze, but I’ve never experienced any crashes. Can run for weeks.

2. [...]

It looks like the outcry from the tech community has been heard. Death Threats on Audiogalaxy

On Audiogalaxy, one of the most popular file sharing services today, several members have been receiving very violent death threats. Most of these have been by a user who goes by the name J_lethal.
