Thank God I don’t have Cox! But I DO hope they get sued over this. The courts have already stated that discriminating against an app…even a p2p one by throttling is illegal. Hopefully someone will take cox to court over this.

“non-time-sensitive” Internet applications? What are classed as non-time-sensitive? Should we be encapsulating BitTorrent into VOIP packets now? That would be an interesting experiment.
