South Koreans enjoy what is without a doubt the best Internet connectivity on the planet. We're talking Gigabyte speeds. South Koreans are FREAKS when it comes to adopting high tech hell the whole country acts like it's full of high-tech-loving geeks and nerds. You better believe someone on high gave the word that the cops shouldn't treat these P2Pers like hardened criminals. South Korea couldn't give a FUCK about anyone's copyright laws they want to stay at the forefront of high-tech at any or anyone's cost. Stifling any Internet activity would go counter to that desire.
