I've seen them do this with studies I'd be shocked if they didn't do this with court cases too. This is not a teenager being accused of downloading illegal filesit is a LAW PROFESSOR and his students. Should be interesting to watch especially since the "making available" claim the RIAA has always used has been effectively thrown out of court!
