		<description>He seems to have the same attitude AT&amp;T had during Canada&#039;s only file-sharing case which is interesting since he didn&#039;t need a court hearing to come up with this.</description>

		<description>This makes way too much sense. Many cable companies charge $100 - $150 for cable phone and internet. That&#039;s $1200 - $1800 a year. If they had to disconnect just 10 people a month that&#039;s what? $144000 - $216000 in losses per year not including the man hours needed for going through the reports and disconnecting people? And what are they gonna get from the RIAA? A smile and a pad on the back from a fat balding RIAA rep. If the RIAA wants ISPs to be their internet police they should be forced to pay. This isn&#039;t France we have no mandatory 3 strike law.</description>
