The MP3 Insider at Cnet.com has part one of an interview with “pro fair use” U.S. Representative Rick Boucher (D) of Virginia about a variety of pressing online music issues — most specifically, our right to the fair use of the content that we buy. (I knew I’d like living in VA!)
