How to Watch NBA Basketball Games Online for Free

Handy guide for watching just about any NBA basketball game online for free so that you’ll never have to worry about paying for cable TV or whether or not your favorite team’s games will be televised in your area.

I’ve already shown you how to watch pro football games, NCAA college football games, Major League Baseball games, and even shown you how to watch them on iPhones, iPads, and Android devices, and so I thought it was about time to also show you how to watch NBA basketball games online for free.

In just a few easy steps you’ll never have to worry about whether or not your favorite team’s games will be televised again.

1. Download StreamTorrent

2. Go to WiziWig.

3. Go to the “Live Sports” Section.

4. Select “Basketball.

5. Change the Filter to “NBA.”

We’re going to do this so that we filter out all of the non-NBA basketball games, making our job of finding the game or games we want to watch much easier.

6. Choose the Game You Want to Watch.

On this page you’ll find a list of all the available games to watch, some other than the NBA. Each game will be listed by date and time with links to connect to the live streams for each of them.

I’ve chosen the Pheonix Suns vs the Denver Nuggets game.

7. Select “Play now!”

8. Select a Game Link.

Scroll down to the matchup you’re looking for and select a link to watch. Some games will have multiple links of varying quality so you’ll need to do a bit of test driving before you get settled.

9. Select a Program to Watch it With

There are basically 4 different programs you’ll need to install to make sure that you’ll be able to watch every available game, for it sometimes varies according to each broadcast.

*NOTE: I would recommend downloading and installing ONLY StreamTorrent at first and trying out the P2P links since many streamers have slowly switched over to use it exclusively.

The quality of streams varies so you may want to test out a few before you get settled.

It’s that easy.

Stay tuned.

I've been interested in P2P since the early, high-flying days of Napster and KaZaA. I believe that analog copyright laws are ill-suited to the digital age, and that art and culture shouldn't be subject to the whims of international entertainment industry conglomerates. Twitter | Google Plus
