With sites like YouTube consuming insane amounts of traffic as well as sites like LiveLeak and DailyMotion.  Added to this is the traffic generated by file-storage services and digital locker services (digital locker services being most popular in Asia actually)

Now on top of this we have the dominant e-mail traffic which also consumes huge amounts of traffic through the sheer volume of e-mail that is travelling around (this includes spam)  I would have pegged the traffic consumption to a more realistic 20-35% actually.  44% is rather high IMO.</description>
