It suggests that Bono was intentionally leaking the tracks (ie. posting the new tracks to Bittorent (maybe as a "Fuck You" to his manager)). This is just some lucky guy walking by with a sound recorder. Although this dose beg the question about whether or not it can be legally taken down. He did play the song in a public forum and there weren't any preset rules against taping it. The title is a bit misleading on this one.
