Passerby hears him blaring new tracks from upcoming album on his home stereo, makes a recording, and uploads them to YouTube.U2 frontman Bono is inadvertently to blame for being the source of four leaked tracks from their upcoming album "No Line On The Horizon" due out in November. On vacation at his villa in southern France, he apparently decided to crank up early copies of several of the songs. An alert passerby then recognize the new material and recorded copies which he would later be upload to YouTube. The four leaked songs include the title track, "Sexy Boots." The other two leaked tracks are thought to be called Moment Of Surrender and For Your Love. With U2 band manger Paul McGuiness being such an outspoken critic of piracy it makes one wonder if he'll do any behind the scenes criticism of Bono. Either way, can't wait to hear these new tracks form the Irish rockers. |

Although this dose beg the question about whether or not it can be legally taken down. He did play the song in a public forum, and there weren't any preset rules against taping it.
