		<description>They keep adding to their fiber optic infrastructure right?  Plus the South Koreans recently made a huge leap in sending Gigabytes per second over fiber optic lines.  So the ISP&#039;s argument re bandwidth limitations is B.S.

Not only that but charging by the byte will kill their business.  If we start getting charged by the byte give me back my 56.6K modem all I&#039;ll need the Internet for is e-mail.</description>
