		<description>Well there is still one small hope (aside from the mass assassination of most of congress and a genocidal sweep of the executive branch) if the courts find that the actions taken by the executive branch violated the constitution then the immunity provisions in this law may be voided. Congress can pass no bill nor the President undertake any action that violates any provision in the constitution without first amending it.  

For example if Congress passes a bill to limit what can be said or printed the courts would strike it down. If Congress tries to outlaw civilian gun ownership the Courts would say no-no. 

So if the Plaintiffs in the lawsuits can argue that the law violates the 4th amendment (Protection from unreasonable search and seizure) or the 5th amendment (specifically the &quot;due process&quot; claws. Since the wiretapping did treat them like criminals without proper legal procedure or probable cause) then they may get the law tossed out the window and the lawsuits can proceed. </description>
