KaZaAlite Distributor Speaks

The No.1 P2P application on Zeropaid.com is KaZaAlite. Yuri, the hacker of KaZaA was unavailable for comment, but Zeropaid.com was lucky enough to get an interview with the Scotland distributor Shaun Garriock. He is the webmaster of KaZaALite.com. Yuri has turned down interviews with The Wall Street Journal and other major news services. We were lucky enough to get exclusive information on a possibly new file sharing application that they are currently creating. Get KaZaAlite Version 1.6.1 here.

ZP: Is KaZaAlite is a legal battle with Sharman Networks? Or are you currently just in talks with them?

Shaun: We are not currently in a legal battle but they are issuing cease and desist orders.

ZP: How did you originally get in touch with Yuri, the current hacker?

Shaun: Through the .tk site.

ZP: Why do you hack KaZaA? What’s in it for you?

Shaun: We hack it because we disagree with the spyware included. We get nothing from KaZaAlite.

ZP: What will happen now since KaZaA just introduced their new payment service?

Shaun: Not sure about what will happen with the payment system.

ZP: Will you continue to produce hacked versions of KaZaA?

Shaun: We just made a new version and we will continue to make new versions for the people.

ZP: What new features do you plan to incorporate in KaZaAlite?

Shaun: New features for now are not added. We just use what KaZaA comes with.

ZP: Have you been contacted by Sharman Networks at all? If so, what was the summary of the call(s)?

Shaun: I have not been contacted YET by Sharman

ZP: Besides hacking Audiogalaxy, are their any other software that you plan to hack?

Shaun: No other news on other software we are intending to hack

ZP: Anything you want to say to the zeropaid community and the rest of the world?

Shaun: Here’s an exclusive for you: We are considering the viability of making our own P2P client and server.

ZP Note: We will keep you up-to-date about this new P2P application. Shaun has assured us that we will know first before anyone

Thank you Shaun. Shaun said he would forward this interview to Yuri, and he might perhaps respond.
