Hilarious old internet video from 1997.
I don’t usually post videos unless their news oriented, but this find from Funny or Die was too good to pass up.
I like the part where it lays out what the Internet has to offer, which includes “chatting with women”and “sending electronic M’s.”
Even better is when it notes how “Over 10,000 people using the Internet everyday and over the next decade that number is expected to go up 50%.” Boy was it’s prediction off.
Gotta love it.

Did you honestly think this was real? He uses a 555 number for fucks sake. And the list of things you can do on the internet was clearly a joke.
Are you kidding that’s the way they made videos about learning the net and Windows back then. He has floppy disks on his desk what more proof do you need. Plus the line of static at the bottom from VHS. It really did take that long to load files because modems used 25 year old technology and made squealing noises!
