		<description>IMO - If the ISP&#039;s take control of regulating traffic it&#039;s the end of the internet. 
First it&#039;s bittorrent - then it&#039;s any file sharing - then it&#039;s websites that&#039;ll be bad for the companies image. All we&#039;ll be left with is a thousand disney websites and info on the lattest Britney scandal (As long as it isn&#039;t rated anything over PG-13)
Zeropaid - a perfect example that could easily be &#039;explained away&#039; Why would ISP&#039;s want to enable traffic to a website about file sharing? There&#039;s no guarantees but it&#039;s like that ex&lt;x&gt;pression &quot;Give them an inch they&#039;ll take a mile&quot; 
And the kicker is doing something like that wouldn&#039;t be against the constitution! As long as there is access to the site....it&#039;s not anti free speech. </description>
