		<description>uh-oh  Sounds like the people that got payed off for the case cant do anything any more.

WTF 5 minutes?  Had I been on that jury they never would have gotten a guilty verdict.  In fact I would bet that I could bring half those people up to speed as to how file sharing works and how there was no way to prove that she did anything wrong.   Saying that having files in a shared folder is wrong is about the same and accusing some one of murder just because they own a gun and have bullets loaded in it. </description>
