Here’s the problem with DVD sniffing dogs as opposed to drug sniffing dogs. Dogs CAN be trained to detect what is an illegal drug as opposed to a legal substance. Dogs CAN NOT be trained to tell the difference between a bootleg DVD and a legit one because they are made of the same plastic (polycarbonate) which is what my understanding is what the dogs are trained to smell.
