P0keu Dumps Usernames and Passwords of TamilCanadian.com to Pastebin

Another day, another database dump. This time, it’s the user names and passwords of a website called TamilCanadian which appears to be a blog.

P0keu seems to be a peculiar hacker. A number of hackers who post under the banner of AntiSec typically give a reason why they decided to hack a certain company, government website, etc. P0keu, on the other hand, just dumps databases without giving much of a reason. Today, on his Twitter account, the hacker announced that another database was dumped.

The database was posted to Pastebin. The hacker merely gave the following statement in the release:

I’ll leave this right here..

The release appears to be the usernames, passwords (hashed) and e-mail accounts of the website. Judging by the line count, it’s about 2658 accounts that were compromised.

The release was made available about an hour ago as of this writing.
