The newest Lavasoft Signature File has been released (ver. 108-23-04-02) and can be downloaded at this link. The site may be down sometimes, but try again, because this is a neccessity of a download. (If the site re-directs, also try again, only the link above has the file currently).
With the scan of my compuer with the old signature file, AdAware found nothing, but with the scan with the new signature file, I found many more spyware components.
