Valenti to Congress: “350,000 movies pirated online every day!”

Wow. You guys need to read this crazy letter from Jack Valenti, chief of the MPAA. My favorite excerpt: “Then there is the mysterious magic of being able, with a simple click of a mouse, to send a full-length movie hurtling with the speed of light (186,000 miles per second) to any part of this wracked and weary old planet. It is that uncomprehending fact of digital life that disturbs the sleep of the entire U.S. film industry.”
