		<description>There was a bill in the works that would require ISP&#039;s to make their networks easily tapable by law enforcement. The issue arose when the bill was going to allow this without a search warrant. So basically a cop could randomly decide to look at all the traffic on your line without a warrant and you would have no way to stop them. This is simply more ammo against the law and if I&#039;m not mistaken just given more incite to the issue.</description>
