		<description>TalkTalk have also snubbed the BPI on this. Tiscali initially trialled it last year but said they found it unworkable and wanted to know who would cover the costs. Since then they have told the BPI to stuff it too. The ISP&#039;s have no friendship with the BPI and I see it coming down to government intervention (Read interfering busy body) to decide the matter and even then it won&#039;t just end there I would imagine.</description>
