Following the revelations over Brilliant Digital’s secret network been installed with KaZaA,
Cnet decided to remove kazaa from download.com. The removal from download.com resulted
in much slower downloads of the software from the kazaa site and the lack of placement
on such a popular site has no doubt slightly affected the number of people that download the
software. However, Sharman Networks have been in contact with Cnet ever since the removal and
have now reached an agreement with Cnet. So what did Sharman networks do to get back on download.com?
According to their spokeswoman kazaa more carefully elaborated on our user agreement
and in all our disclosures to comply with their terms. So Kazaa are been a little
