Were they sharing information illegally obtained? I can't imagine they would be the individuals responsible for breaking a contract negotiation whoever broke the silence contract is the one who should be held responsible. The sites admins were notified way too late and did not have a chance for fair representation. This seems like a 6th amendment violation in and of itself I wouldn't be surprised if the Judge got disbarred for such a blatantly wrong-headed ruling. He might even open himself up to lawsuits for damages done to the site and its reputation. All I can say is this will never hold up on appeal.
