iPod transfer has another name,ipod copy or copy ipod,same meaning:

On Mac OS X just use Senuti or iPodDisk – they’re both free and they both work well.
Senuti (iTunes in reverse) has an iTunes-like interface while iPodDisk mounts the iPod’s music library as a volume in the Finder.
