If the Civil War was about freeing the slaves then why did it take Lincoln 2 years to give the Emancipation Proclamation? The Civil War was about preserving the integrity of the Union at the expense of states rights.

Good on them for realizing where their priorities should stand but it doesn’t exactly sounds like a commendation to file sharing. He just seems to acknowledge that they have better things to do then arrest their own kids. Hell I bet you half of them have a load of divx movies and mp3s sitting on their pc right now.
