Amen Signa,
I know exactly what you mean. I would be quite content to do away with my flash card except for one flaw in this ruling. The reason that people like flash cards is simple size one flash card can carry 200 games. You trying travelling with such a wide selection of games without a flash card. youll need at least a backpack not to mention the patience of a saint to try and find the game your looking for.

This rulling makes me embarrased for nintendo, sure they might have stopped selling flash carts and saved studios loads of money but they have ignored there customers demands for change.
Until nintendo provide a itunes type service and official flash card for DS Roms people will continue to seek underground sources.

Nintedoh FAIL.

Personally, I don't even want to use my DS anymore without a flash card. I thank Nintendo for minimizing the size cartridges as much as they have, but they still can't beat the 40+ games I have on my 2GB microSD card. I also get to keep my new DS games factory sealed while I play them in case I feel the need to take advantage of their collector's value later.

As such, I'm mixed on the ruling here. So many people abuse downloadable game systems like the R4 and I forgive Nintendo for putting a stop to those people, but then you have people like me who need a far more compact traveling system for their library and the need to try a game before throwing the money down. I've certainly bought a lot more games that I should just out of curiosity and not because they were a good game. Brain Age and Nintendogs anyone?
