i created a .torrent file using bittorrent application, but now what do i do with the .torrent file?

An option for someone who doesn’t have the option to install bittorrent software on their computer. It has a hard time with torrents with small numbers of seeds/peers and from what i can tell doesn’t upload at all. Overall it’ts just ok.

For LEGAL files it would be OK….but really….how many will use this to just get legal stuff?
