Its not a universal client so you should not worry about them working for the MPAA or RIAA on this one as it doesn't involve that content. On a seperate not however Microsoft does work with both as a content distributer as well as a DRM pusher so it isn't far fetched to expect hidden measures in windows that would allow them to control your content. Hopefully they will update it so thatif a windows update server is not abel to give us good speed that at least a p2p connection can help out.
