Controlling BitTorrent downloads via mobile phone now possible.
Independent program developer Sinder Sorhus has finally released µTorrent mUI which allows users to control BitTorrent downloads remotely via mobile phone.
Though unaffiliated with BitTorrent Inc., the owners of µTorrent if you recall, Sorhus has created a plain-text version of the µTorrent WebUI with most of the important µTorrent functions being available.
Users are able to start, stop, pause, throttle upload and download bandwidth, as well as several other features and options. in addition to simply being able to monitor your downloads remotely,
The only thing lacking is the ability to actually download and begin new torrent downloads. But, if you’re the type of file-sharing fanatic who just has to keep an eye on what’s going on with your downloads back at the ranch than maybe µTorrent mUI is for you.
