It's like the cleanliness that Wikipedia has right now and that's smooth and different. I guess they didn't call it the web then it was just the internet. I thought that the real internet goes back to the 1960s so I guess what they mean is that was the time when the modern browser was starting to get big. I wonder what browser that is actually Netscape or Mosaic or something?
