		<description>That article only reflects what I already knew - the UK ISPs will never self-regulate it&#039;s too much hassle and nobody wants to. The music and film industries will have to get the Govt. to impose legal restrictions on the content available over these networks before they do anything like proactively curb this usage - it&#039;s what keeps them going and what creates a market for their services.

If the Government does that though and kowtows to the industries (it is a free market after all!) then we&#039;ll be just like China in that respect. Can&#039;t see that happening.</description>
