So, if I made the same site, so long as I say it's for internal(private) use only, (even if accessible from the public and other people download from it) I wont be legally responsible? I don't think it would go that way.... Unless the MPAA brings charges against MediaDefender for illegal file sharing of copyrighted material, then their negligence will prove their relationship with MediaDefender. So, why isn’t media defender being sued for illegal file sharing then?
