You are both wrong. He is afraid the Feds are going to take away the film because 15 minutes of it was shot in Cuba. Under law it is illegal for anyone to travel there without the government's permission. He went there under a technicality for "journalistic endeavors" the legality of which is marginal. Needless to say any anti government message (which the film is ripe with) is enough fodder to justify a government seizure of said film. I wouldn't be surprised if it did get confiscated though.
