In my opinion, the governments are going to go with ACTA no matter what. The only way that the anti-counterfeiting trade agreement could fall flat on it’s face is to put it into practice. If you put this law into practice, many people will lose their internet and even charged with piracy. This will cause more and more people to become aware of this issue and thus, there will be more protest against the anti-counterfeiting trade agreement. Years down the road, governments will release that their new law has been a epic fail and thus repeal it.

Since when has anyone believed the MPAA or RIAA to promote open transparency?

This article doesn’t submit any FACTS, it’s just
PUSHING censorship, by stating the lack of evidence is nothing to be concerned about.

Really? Shall everyone just sign a blank check for any amount too?

If this ACTA so honest, so good, lets SEE it, lets know it, before it’s agreed upon.
