To my knowledge, the ACTA hass been officially deemed illegal in a few countries already and is likely to be technically considered unconstitutional in others. It’s hard to look at the treaty as a whole with a straight face and say it’s legal, let alone good – though at least the MPAA are able to say it without laughing.
