What are you talking about, ISP’s are signing deals with content providers, making them content distributors. They are just as much in on all this as the content creators, and if they are not now, its only a matter of time before they try. That is as long as politicians are born without testicles, and guts, and I don’t expect something as old a government to change anytime soon.

Interesting as I sent Mandlesons " Department for Business, Innovation and Skills " an email asking them to tell me what my IP address is, some 3 weeks ago now……….they still haven`t replied.
