No one was allowed to touch the goat at the event it was dead before arrival and it was slaughtered by a qualified butcher that specialized in Greek cuts. The part that is true is that it was on display at the event decapitated and all. So this was still very cruel and gruesome just not quite to the level this article portrays it.
