They will then control The Pirate Bay, and have legally obtained access to all of it's servers, and server logs. The next thing you know, The Pirate Bay will "cooperate" with these organizations and their requests for user logs, and, since those organizations now own The Pirate Bay, of course that information will be provided. It's a white collar operation. The reason it will go through is because the RIAA, MPAA, BSA, and other associations are backing the deal, using him as a front for the acquisition.
