I still download (rare stuff) and--occassionally--buy a track or two that I like from Rhapsody (their prices are cheaper than I-tunes.) I also have a digital recorder (Music Replay) which records music streams quite well and turns them into MP3's (non-DRM of course). I see this as the middle road. The recording industry still gets a steady reasonable income and I get my music much cheaper than I would buying all those downloads or CD's. Rhapsody fail? I hope not!
