It really does not make any sense why the ruling passed. Its just more proof that the united states is becoming more and more a corporate state hope you like your asses bought and sold on the market.

I just thought of something what defines online radio its the streaming of music right? What if services like Pandora just send you the file then it could be considered downloading and once their just play through them in a playlist as they are played they get deleted. Could this be the legal loophole to playing independent artists.
