Since ACTA is concerned with global-scale issues that apparently involve the Internet, necessarily they are afraid to disclose their perspectives on these issues and their apparent knowledge on the realities to which are used in the negotiations; otherwise they have nothing to worry. That is, of course, assuming that the things discussed in ACTA negotiations do not involve oppression. The only reason for secrecy is to prevent others from discovering something significant.

Since ACTA is concerned with global-scale issues that apparently involve the Internet, necessarily they are afraid to disclose their perspectives on these issues and their apparent knowledge on the realities to which are used in the negotiations; otherwise they have nothing to worry.
