Hey in reponse to your phone conversation being listened to, in the US, a lot of people don’t realize-if they are on a cellular phone, that all conversations are copied and listened to. It is because you are using radio waves which is covered under totally different laws that state it is regulated by the FCC. Have you noticed any corporation release of a satellite based phone shstem? That is rhetorical question. We already live in George Orwell’s 1984 and the bunny whole looks pretty deep.

When I have a conversation on a phone would I expect a Cop to listen in and record my conversation because he suspects me of something? Is the post office expected to open my mail photo copy it, and put it on file and retain that info? For how long? No court order no oversight? Welcome to the United States of Canada where the corporate world rules.
We already live in a totalitarian society. You have two choices: Rent yourself to it or buy from it. God help you if you have no money for you’ll find out rather quickly just how free you truly are…

While we’re at it, why don’t we just change our flag to a hammer and sickle surrounded by maple leaves? And the no warrants requirement would encourage even sloppier “police work” that we have to endure currently.
