Correct me if I’m wrong, but passing parliament doesn’t mean that it’s law yet, correct? There’s still a technical possibility that it could be stopped from becoming law still.

It’s great that people spread the news worldwide, but there is a little typo in the headline.
It’s supposed to be Reichstag, not Reischtag.
Also, what you wanted to mention is the Bundestag, which is the German parliament. The Reichstag is the name of the building due to historical reasons but is no longer since the German Federal Republic was founded in 1949.
