1cooldude – Don’t count on it. I am Canadian. These clowns almost got the law passed last fall. Fortunately our Government stumbled into an election while the bill was still on the floor.
It will be coming up again soon which is why the whole Conference Board crap was started.
These guy’s may be dumber than dumb but they are extremely sneaky and very free with the money when it comes to paying of members of government who will slide things through when no-one is looking.
