		<description>There always going to be excuse to implement laws.Firstly people download to see if they like then they buy.Second what is the differrence when watching Csi on spike and downloading it.Maybe some people don&#039;t have time to watch or are pissed about commercials every 10minutes.Also people download things that you cannot buy in certain country or foreign movies.US thinks they own us and they now pressuring Pirate Bay -from Sweden.
Still paying for tv to view,why downloads should be restricted.Those US superstars have not enought millions.The way the RIA,CRA created their cartels to get money from people.
If is fair to pay 200$ for microsoft windows where in the country minimum monthly salary is 
500$ or 300$.There should be a fee for video download by isp ex. paying 40$ monthly and download as much as you want.
