I also received a letter saying I downloaded evacuate the Dancefloor and I dont know what to do as it says I downloaded way back in Sep 2009. I didnt download this and even if I did how am I meant to remember that far back !!

had a letter from acs yesterday asking for £295 for supposedly dowloading the music track evacuate the dancefloor, how easy is it for a person to hack a secured connection as i don’t have this music track on my pc.Could someone have installed a keylogger without me realising it.

I questioned Andrew Crossley of ACS on 1st June 2009 about his relationship with Davenport Lyons.

He confirmed that not only was he sharing clients with DL, but that his asistant, a paralegal he refused to name, had come to help him from Davenport Lyons.

Andrew Crossley was found guilty of offences by an SRA tribunal in 2006, fined and was described by the chairman as behaved with “conduct unbeffitting a solicitor”.
