Well the original developers of this would not have to apply it themselves….just make the code available and the developers of p2p software will do the rest!

Great idea but I think this is gonna give the media mafia a heart attack….they are not happy NOW with the way bit torrent can download files….but up to 70% FASTER? LOL!

The RIAA/MPAA will be crying in their beer over this one.
